I had not listened to this one for the longest time until I got hold of the music of Veer Zaara. May be it's not in the film? I think because I haven't listened to it while watching the film numerous times... and it's not as famous may be because it has that ghazal touch to it. It's become one of my favorites of this film.

Hi, I came across your blog and love that it's about Hindi film music!
You're right, this song is not in the movie.This one and another one by Lata, "Jaane Kyun"...both are only on the CD.
